When you read the title of this article did you ask yourself: Why should I worry about changing my business? I am successful at doing what I’ve always done for customers who will purchase what they always purchase. That is exactly the point. Business today is very different from what it was five years ago. Today, we hear about globalization, sustainability, the economy, everyone looking to do more with fewer resources, inflation fears, health insurance costs, etc. As the business climate changes so must the players who expect to prosper in the long term.
